I have a BRAND NEW pump/controller/power cord for this skimmer. I BELIEVE the old controller is messed up, so you could maybe repair the controller. The Internals of the old skimmer pump in this is fine. You will need to install the new pump/controller assembly. It isn't shown in the pictures...
