eye change

I have been watching my yellow tang very closely and I have noticed that whenever it is stimulated(food or hand in tank) the yellow ring around the pupil turns dark brown very fast. Anyone else notice this? and if so is it common amongst all tangs? Tried to get some pics but the eye is always...
