no phosphate

On a two month old tank I've never measured any phosphate using salifert. Now using Hanna low range still reading 0. In the beginning it made sense to me since I was using dry rock which I soaked for months until 0 phosphates before starting the tank. Now I'm starting to wonder whats going...
