peacock mantis shrimp not aggressive 100 gallon

Hi all, I recently purchased a 4.5 inch peacock mantis shrimp and introduced it into a 100 Gallon setup. It's tank-mates include about 8 small damsels, 20 assorted hermits, and several snails. It has about 100 lbs. of live rock and there is a partition on the bottom of the middle of the tank...
