sump flow rate

About 3 months ago I combined a 55 gallon and 65 gallon saltwater aquarium into a 125 gallon tank that I had reconditioned. I used a 45 gallon breeder for Sump. It has 2 filter socks from seperate 1.5" returns that are drilled, a heater chamber, chaeto bay, live rock bay w/ ceramic bio cubes...
