Hello Everybody!

I have been on this forum for a while, just reading..

I think its time to present my little drop of the ocean :)

After some disasters, and some room paints...here he is :)

Main Tank

1x Naso Elegans (will move when gets bigger)

1x Strigosus ctenochaetus (CUC)

3x Pseudanthias squamipinnis

3x Chromis Viridis

1x Watchman Goby + Alpheus

1x Macropharyngodon meleagris

1x Labroides dimidiatus

Fishes to be introduced

1x Pyglopites Diacanthus - Pacific Variant (In quarantine for 2 months, he's eating very well and is very very fat)

1x Halichoeres melanurus (my wife loves it)

1x Macropharyngodon meleagris (want to make a pair)

Specs

Light : Combo => 6x t5 54W + Key Led Light from fish-street online store.

Skimmer : Deltec SC1455 (what a machine)

Got a refugium with caulerpa,chaetomorpha , the light period is the oposite of the main tank (maintain ph stable)

Balling (CA, MG, KH), sometimes kalk to precipitate Po4.

Yet, im still battling some ciano issues, but I think im on the good way.

The values are

Po4 => 0,00 Hanna (cyanos likes to consume them..grrr)
No3 => 0,02
Mg => 1250
Ca => 420
KH => 9
Sg => 1.025

TPA all weeks (10% / 15%)

The sand bed with feather Feather Duster :)

Nice tank and pictures. How are you battling the cyano outbreak? That stuff is a pain to deal with.

The cianos appear when something is wrong about the nutrient export (added Caulerpa and Chaetomorpha), Now i've cut the feeding, change the bulbs remove the GFO (this can lead to Cyanos if you reach 0), manually remove, more water flow and off course, time will make it disapear, its only a matter of time!

Cleaning the sump will help :)

Making the magnet island, I used epoxy and nyos reef cement, two tunze magnets, and dry rock. Hope you like it.
