2 floor set up?

What do need to know? Tips? Tricks?. If I have 75-90 ish gallon DT upstairs and an unfinished room directly below can I move the sump downstairs? Is this a good idea? Any changes other than bigger return pump? Can I do water changes and ato downstairs?

You can do everything downstairs. Its the dream setup! I would kill for a fishroom setup in the basement. Then you can setup frag tanks and awc etc
