So I just got a 75 and I got live rock & live rock from my old tank into the new one. Also Ill be using water from the tank also same sump just larger tank. Will it try to cycle? If so how should i try to stop it.

You may see a small cycle. Predicting the degree to which a system will cycle precisely is impossible. Water from an existing system will not add enough denitrifying bacteria to make any difference. Adding live cured rock will be provide the most benefit. Test daily for the first week or so, and when you see signs of stress to fish or corals. Have SW made up and ready for water changes as indicated by your test results, keep some Prime on hand for emergencies. Do not over feed and you should be fine.

I moved from a 120 to a 125 used the same liverock and water all new sand bed without any tank cycle after the move.
