90 gallon flow question

I have a 90 gallon mixed reef mostly sps. Currently I run 2 maxspect gyres on 100% random. I have an old mp40 I'm thinking of adding to the back glass. Would this be too much flow? What mode/speed would be best and not overly blast corals.

Your tank looks great, I wouldn't try and add the MP40 unless you have obvious dead spots or cyano starting to form.
