AB+ opinions

I just started dosing AB+ last week and already my coral seem a lot happier and more open is this just a coincidence in timing? I wouldn't think it would work that quickly has anyone else had experience with AB+ and any success stories just wondering

I've been using it for the last 3 months but have recently been struggling with high phosphates and GHA. Will be stopping dosing to see if it helps.
