Adding baffle to running tank

Hello,
I have a question . I’m trying to add a baffle to my sump . I want to empty the sump really quick and glue in a new baffle. Is there any fast drying acrylic glue that will let me to do this and be cured with in an a hour or so ?

If it's acrylic, weld on 16 should cure in a few hours. The thinner kind will cure even faster. The key is make sure it's very clean edges and very dry

I've done it before using super glue gel nice thick bead never moved

Sets in 15-25 minutes. Fully hard in one hour.
