I recently purchased a set of the AF Components Strong since it was the only way I could get Fluoride and Barium elements for dosing. I then got it home, only to see that there are no dosing instructions that actually tell me that X mL of the solution will add Y ppm to Z gallons of water. I understand that it is intended to be used in creating your 1+2+3+ components, but what about someone in my position that just needs a small dose to get parameters back in check? I don't want to have to send this back and then try and source what I need separately.

What I am looking for is the following:

Strong A - X mL dose into Y gallons (or liters) adds the following:
- __ ppm Strontium
- __ ppm Barium

Strong C - X mL dose into Y gallons (or liters) adds the following:
- __ ppm Iodide
- __ ppm Fluoride

1 ml Strong A rises in 100L (27 US gal) levels:
  • Sr - 0,4 ppm
  • Ba - 0,00005 ppm
1 ml Strong B rises in 100L (27 US gal) levels:

  • Fe - 0,001 ppm
  • Mn - 0,0003 ppm
  • Cu - 0,00013 ppm
  • Zn - 0,0001 ppm
  • Ni - 0,0001 ppm
  • Cr - 0,00032 ppm
  • Co - 0,0000005 ppm
1 ml Strong C rises in 100L (27 US gal) levels:

  • K - 0,026 ppm
  • I - 0,135 ppm
1 ml Strong K rises in 100L (27 US gal) levels:

- K - 0,93 ppm

Thank you @Aquaforest !

That Barium concentration is REALLY low, looks like I won't be able to use that at all. My Barium needs to come up about 4ppm, but my Strontium is good. Do you have any products for Barium alone?

Also, you haven't listed what Strong C rises in Fluoride? Should the K on that list be F?

Af doesn't sell anything specifically to increase Ba.
You are right it will Fluorine instead of Potassium in strong C.
