Algae Has Me Lost

Hey, I have this tank up since April and it's like a roller coaster for me but I am learning a lot. I am soon re-adding fish from quarantine soon and would like to attack this algae before hand. I have turkey blasted it before and it returns in two days time. It's fuzzy brown and sometimes has bubbles in them. I think my ATO was the reasoning behind it, I checked the TDS it stood at 56 before I washed my container and now its back to 0. Would like an id and a way to make it go away.

Try turning your light off for 3 days and cover sides of tank with a cut garbage bag to avoid light from getting in.ALso turn your powerheads towards the rocks and also run your protein skimmer.After the 3 days you rocks should look better.Follow up with a 50% water change after the 3 days.
