Algae help - cyano plus what else ?

3 year established system .... phosphates zero (run gfo) protein skimmer nitrates 5. Chaeto in the sump with a good kessil grow light on it.
This darker reddish brown algae is growing on most of the rocks in the tank.

i have two tangs in the system that won’t touch this stuff . I don’t think it’s diatoms - no bubbles and it actually looks like an algae. It seems to grow the most in higher flow areas.

it isn’t taking over but I want it to improve . I used chemiclean over the weekend and it helped (a little ) with the cyano you see but it didn’t touch the rust brown algae you see. I started dosing microbacter7 and thought that maybe that could help with whatever this is plus the cyano.
