So I took a scraping off of my rock, and some higher areas of my tank. Because those are the only areas currently with algae. I definitely see dinos, a few kinds, I am perplexed at what the big thing is moving in the video. Anyone know? Can someone say what kind of Dino they see?

No pro here but struggling with Dinos myself (and probably BHA and diatoms). My guess is that it is Amphidinium due to the v shape notch at the end of the cell structure. I wont jump on the nauseating bandwagon of conflicting advise other than to say UV may help as well as raising phosphates and nitrates. Good luck and be sure to post back what you did to get rid of it.

I installed a uv last weekend that has done wonders and keeping the sanded clean. But I'm still getting dinos and cyano on the rock and upper half of the tank. I have been trying to maintain about .03-.06 PO4 and 4-10 NO3
