Algae on the sand

Hi I keep getting this red algae on the sand it's not the end of the world to clean but just seems to be coming back and I would like to stop it any help on identifying it would be great. I do weekly water changes with my own salt mix using tapsafe about 20% weekly also add bacteria and have been using some algae cleanup.

Looks to be cyano algae.

what are the parameters, phosphate and nitrate. keep phosphate less than 0.1 ppm and nitrate 5-10 ppm.

Yea lvl seem alright I added an airstone and seems to ha e helped a bit I stopped running a skimmer as it was too messy so might have led to it also cut down the food.
