I got the device installed and calibrated. All saved. However now when I open the app the device is there and says online but when I click on it it does not connect.

I can’t answer the specific question, but I can maybe bump the thread for you to see if we can get you some help
 
Make sure you are close enough to the device since it uses Bluetooth. Also, there is some sort of bug with iPhone where the Bluetooth won't connect sometimes. Many times I have to completely reboot my phone before it will connect.
