Amino acids

So what is a good brand to use for amino acids. I just ran out of whatever that lfs sold me
So now i wanna get some good stuff. I do have a polyplab amino acid but i prefer 2 types.

Also what dose snake oil do. Im newer just a year in and never heard of it till researching more on amino.

Acropower is a very good, popular amino from Two Little Fishes.
Snake oil is what some people call those "magic" supplements that claim to fix everything. It's not an actual product, just a nickname of sorts given by the people who have a differing opinion.

Snake oil isn’t just differing opinion. If a product does not list their ingredients then we can’t know if there is a scientific claim to back it. Thus it’s snake oil.

and unfortunately the market is mainly trade secrets so :shrug
