Well alot has changed since the last time I've updated but here's what's been going on. Set a tank up for my wife (my old 27 cube). Moved all the softies I don't want into it and put her damsels in there.

Now my db 30 is empty and getting it ready to be aquascaped for a high end sps dominant tank. Hopefully stopping by Battlecorals at the end of the month for the first pieces [emoji1]

I've been playing with the 93 alot. Moved some coral to the rack for the 30. Picked up a copperband butterfly about a week ago and it seems to be doing good. Going to get some live food and see if it will eat more aggressively.

The copperband is picking at mysis(and rocks like always), not hiding during feeding, lymph is going away, and been very active. Things are looking good but it's only been 3 weeks so we will see

Wow been a long time since an update.

Well here it is.

Tank crashed March 22. Aefw infestation. Came home from vacation on March 22 to a tank full of closed coral. Ammonia was threw the roof from coral dying off. Dipped my acros but couldn't keep ahead of the ammonia and lost 95% of my coral.

Tank is sitting acro free until June 1.

After the crash then had a bad gha outbreak that is almost gone. Getting everything in order so by June 1 I'll be ready to restock my acros.

Wife's agreed to let me spend 1500 on goodies. It will probably be mostly equipment. With whatever is left going to battlecorals lol.

Also my copperband passed away yesterday[emoji24]

So here's what I'm thinking for my shopping list let me know what you think.
New halide bulbs
25 lbs tonga branch/ shelf for my 30
Cal reactor
Few items to get my rodi unit going
Apex
Auto feeder
RW8 or RW15

The rest of the $$ will go to fish and BC

Hey Buddy! As much of a stick head as you are, definitely a calcium reactor. Apex is always on my list of to-buys for reef tanks. If you can get the full version, definitely do it. Can't wait to see what you do on the rebound.

It won't be the apex gold but it'll be the one with lab probe
