Anemone anchoring problems

So just called my lfs to see if I can exchange or return this guy he will not anchor.. only thing I haven't tried is antibiotics but he's a healthy specimen.

Still keeping updates. So lta still hasn't anchored I have found a good spot for him that he obviously favors. Lfs says some anemones just won't anchor, that some of his specimens have been there longer than he's worked there and they just float. So I've got him in his spot soaking up some par going to feed in a couple days.
