Anemone dying?

Hi my anemone the last 4/5 days has been very shrivelled up but yesterday stopped sticking to the glass and fell down
I moved him to a rock but it seems to keep moving a not sticking well and falling onto its front
Can anyone tell me if it is worth keeping it in the tank still

Looks pretty bad shape with the bleaching. Need to know your setup (lights, height of tank, nitrate, Alk, phosphate, calcium)

Yeah it looks pretty rough. It's never good news for the foot not to stick.. and it's bleached. How's the mouth look?

What do you mean bleaching?
I will do the tests for water Params in the morning
I mouth is constantly wide open now whereas before it was closed
My clownfish won’t leave it alone either

Bleaching is where its lost all of its zooanthallae. Mouth being open is not good either.

I had two die the same way. Water? Additives?

Update on the anemone this morning
It hasn’t moved and is just laying on the rock shrivelled up I placed it on

Its is dead remove before it falls apart.
Before buying another lets go through what u have for a system so we can try to help.

Looking at the foot of nem, foesnt look good and doesn’t help that clowns are still trying to pound the daylights out of it

Yeah I tried putting food into it’s mouth last night and changed the water to see if it could come back to life but doesn’t look like it
And the clowns won’t leave it alone

I would think its a change in water parameters. Please post your latest test results before moving forward with another.

Will need to know your lighting too. Too weak of a light and it could die slowly over time. As @reef lover said, need to know your system specs

How old is your tank? You've had the nem for 6 mo. but the tank barely looks older than that. Got any pics of when you first got the nem for comparison?
