Hi guys,
I just joined the forum today. And have a question about bubble tip anemone. I bought this anemone a week ago, and three days ago, I noticed that the shape started to change to oval and I can see it's divided into three parts. I read articles and it seems that most people's anemone split overnight. I am attaching some pictures. It has been three days and it kept closing up and rolling. Anyone has suggestions? I actually have three bubble tips and all of them seem to split at the same time.

The tank looks very young. And I'm sorry to say the anemones look bleached. Generally an anemone shouldn't be added to a tank until its 8 months to a year old and has matured. Do you know your water parameters and what is your lighting ?

Thank you guys for the replies. The pictures were taken for the last two days. Today he opened up and closed up every now and then. The foot got so big that it kept moving. I can see the lines where its about to split. I think he is bleached too. maybe split due to the stress? my clown fish is so attached to it and I have another two bubble tips in the same tank... I didn't know about this even though the local fish store knew I just got a new tank and didnt say anything. i have 2 aqualite T5 DUAL LAMPs for the light, 80 gallen tank, water parameter is good. no nitrate etc. also use rodi water. will this affect my other two anemones? they act weird too

updated. today it seemd that the bubble tips foot get stucked to the rock and look pretty sick. so i moved it to the other side of the tank. now it seems that he is happy and the color goes back to green a little ;)
