Hello,

what is recommended for the best lighting for anemone? I have a 40gallon tank with LED lighting. I have found a lot of different answers out there, thank you!

Depends on what type of nem. Some will get by just fine with normal LED (favoring a lot more blue than white). Others want as much light as they can get and ramping up white to 100% over time is fine

Error on the side of intensity, is hard to provide to much light (or flow for that matter) as the nem will move to a spot in which IT feels most comfortable.

I had this nem under CCB lights for 5 years.

A stable, long running tank is best. Your average numbers will work. Temp 78 -80. Nitrate 5 to 10 - Phosphate .1.....ect
