Hi guys

My name is Adam and I'm from Sydney in Australia. I've been into fish tanks for over 12 years and had reef aquariums for 10 years ranging from 40 gallon tanks to 140g tanks then back to another 40g tank.

My current tank is a 2 foot cube that was thriving until my young daughter decided to help dad and feed the fish (the whole tin of food) which resulted in a total wipe out. Since then the tank has been running as a simple set up with minimal maintenance. It currently houses 2 percula clowns and some soft corals.

My wife and I have just had a interior come through the wholes to re-design some work and I thought this is the time where I can finally get the dream tank I've always wanted.... but that wasn't too be so Ive had to settle for the next best thing.

The new tank will sit in my lounge room, next to the big screen tv. It will measure 4 foot long, 2 foot wide and 3 foot high... I've ordered the tank, sump, Kessil AP700 lights and been able to pick up some tunze pumps for circulation.

I've followed Reef2Reef on Facebook for quite a while and been reading a lot of the threads posted on Facebook and thought it was time to bite the bullet and sign up and contribute to this site.

You'll probably see me as questions, but most of the time I'll lurk in the background while I read up on all the great information that is found in the forums.
