Any idea? Need help

this has appears the last couple weeks in my rock. It is defiantly alive and a critter as when I go to touch it with tongs it pulls back into the rock crevice really fast.
Any idea what it is and how it got there . And is it good or bad ?

I have a video of it too if there is a way to upload video .

After researching I take it is bad and should be removed / killed right away . Any suggestions on how to go about t ?

Aiptasia X is popular. There are several home remedies such as boiling hot water/lemon juice etc that you inject directly into the polyp but the results are mixed.

There are various members of CUC that will eat it as well. It's not the end of the world but it spreads when it releases spores on the water. More like an annoying weed that will continue to grow throughout the tank if you don't start controlling it.

Thanks for the tip , I used Aiptasia X and it worked great. Nuked him right away .
