yeah, i've had those before.....although they didn't ever do well or hold their pink color, ended up turning more of a light green and very very pale pink.
they are a variation of what people call pink stardust PE, or desert storm PE. the pink specks just depend on the lighting.

Yep they are Stardust PE when you put them in higher light they get that thick ring.

I have 4 small colonies of them. I really think they are a different paly altogether than the regular stardust pe's. I kept the one frag at the bottom fo tank for 3 months and they turned all white with the pinkish rim similar to the picture. The rest have always just kept the speckled/splashed look even though i've played with placement in the tank. I've got a 20 polyp stardust pe colony right now at the very top of the tank, hasn't changed 1 bit in 2 months.
