I purchased an AP700 and attempted to program the light from my iphone. My iphone has the correct time 1:48 PM, however, the light is somehow creating its own time. I tried to start the acclimation program and was very frustrated when I would click on the program and the lights would immediately turn off. Then through trail and error I activated the "lunar cycle" to see if maybe the lights thought it was night time. Turns out that lights do believe its night time, and would most likely turn on sometime in the middle of the night if left to be.

I attempted to call Kessil and they said it would be fastest to email them...

Has anyone ran into this issue before? Frustrating when you spend $800 on a light and there isnt anyone you can speak to on the phone.

Thanks,
Terry

Can you post a pic of your schedule? The app runs off the time on your phone. Keep in mind that the programming doesnt run off of standard time, its programmed via military time. So if you program it for 10:00 and 8:00 thinking theyll come on at 10 am and off at 8pm it's not going to come on when it should, you have to program it for 10:00 and 20:00

The light is working much closer to the time scheduled. I don't believe it turns on the moment my clock hits 8:00 am but will turn on around then.
I just took the light off of the acclimation cycle this morning. I'll monitor the time the upcoming few days and report back with the timing.

At first, it was very frustrating but seems to be manageable now.
