Apex dos not working

The blue lights go on the log says it dosed the correct amount but the heads don't spin any I put would be appreciated thanks

If you take the heads off and push the manual on button do the shafts move?

You have it plugged into power and the Apex? I noticed when the power is off, it still lights up and logs doses if connected to the apex.
