My EB832 and DOS are blinking orange, and my Trident is blinking red. My head unit is solid orange.

Additionally, not all the lights for the EB832 outlets are on, when all 8 were on earlier today.
Not sure what to do. Looked online and haven't gotten precise answers. Everything is plugged in and was working just fine earlier.

I am zero percent an expert - but have you tried the old fashioned unplug and plug back in? Sometimes that can clear things out a bit. I'd unplug for a minute or so and then plug it back in.

Tried that haha nothing happened

K, I will try to help as much as I can, have you looked on Fusion to see which modules are still linked? Is everything that is blinking hooked up to this one EB832?

In Fusion, go into your list of modules to see if any are listed as Disconnected. If anything is showing disconnected, then carefully inspect each end of the AquaBus cables and AquaBus ports for any rust or corrosion. Since modules can be daisy-chained, a single bad AquaBus connection can cause problems for multiple modules further down the chain.

The most likely reason the EB832 shows some outputs off is because it's disconnected and each output then reverts to the Fallback ON or Fallback OFF settings. This is normal behavior, and the primary reason you should consider which devices you want on or off in the event of a disconnection. Fallback also includes the brief time during a reboot of the Apex when there's no communication between modules and the Apex.

Sorry for the late reply, you were dead-on about the AquaBus cable. Had one that was kind of wonky, just readjusted it and everything was fine! DOS pumps still not turning for some reason though
Questions:
  • Does the DOS show up as connected in the list of Modules?

  • If you press the priming buttons on the DOS, do the pumps turn? If not, check the power adapter for the DOS to ensure it has power. The AquaBus cable supplies 12v to the DOS which can power the LED lights, but the pump motors require the 24v power adapter or a 1Link connection.

If you mean the DOS tile shows up on the Apex Fusion dashboard, then yes it does.

The priming buttons don’t do anything at all. When I press them, their respective indicator light turns on like normal, but the pumps don’t turn. Same thing happens when I set a pump to “on” from the apex fusion dashboard.

Additionally, I have unplugged and re-plugged every cable connected to the DOS, and no luck
