Apex Skimmer Programming

So basically what I want to accomplish is that if I manually set Outlet "All_Flow" to off, I want my skimmer outlet to turn off. Then when I manually set Outlet "All_Flow" to on, I want to defer the skimmer from turning on for two minutes. This is what I think is the right programming.

Fallback ON
Set ON
If Outlet All_Flow = OFF Then OFF
Defer 002:00 Then ON

I have my fallback set off because if the controller looses control or knowledge of the state of the pumps I don’t want the skimmer on

I just set my skimmer so that it return is off skimmer is off

My sump level rises when the return pump is off. The skimmer would overflow if it was on before the water level goes back to normal.
