Aqua Illuminations AI Controller Help Needed

Any gurus out there that can help me with the ramping feature of the controller. I want the light to come on and ramp up over the next 4 hours, til 1 p.m. to a set intensity, stay that way til about 7 p.m., then ramp down to a desired intensity by 9 p.m. and then have the lunar cycle take over. I've been talking with AI's support and so far no luck. Right now it's showing timer 3 as active, even though it's the one that is set for the 7-9 p.m. ramp.

I've read and re-read the instruction manual, updated the firmware to 3.4, done several factory resets, and tried both inputs in the back of the Nano itself.

At a lost and frustrated.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don't have access to the AI Controller at work. I think for what you want, your timer should look something like this. Hope it helps. ? is for whatever intensity you want to set it at.

Timer 1: 9:00am Ramp time: 240mins
White:? Blue: ? RB: ?

Timer 2: 7:00pm Ramp time: 120mins
White: ? Blue:? RB: ?

Timer 3: 9:00pm Ramp time: ?
White: 0 Blue: 4% RB: 4%
