Proly been asked before but I'll repeat it .
Is there a high rate of depletiojnof Kalium K when using ProBioF n ProBioS ?
If the regimen of 10% water changes is performed weekly is this enough to make up for the depletion ?
TIA ..

Everything depends on the cast of coral.
Theoretically, yes. Corals grow and need all the macro and micro elements for growth and coloring.

Jimmy you might want to try 2 pm sever10 . He is part of the AF company .
U just switching to the salt for starter or ???
I did 5 to 10 % every 2 weeks then after a month I went full 10% weekly as directed .
The salt also comes with a QOA parameters tag so u can easily compare it to your present salt .
Text me if u have any other questions . U can also join this group on FB .
It's kinda slow atm but growing .

Thanks Percy I am looking to stop using zeo and go with this for my frag tank. I have been following on FB also but can't seem to find anything about converting the guide doesnt offer anything about it. Thanks

Start by switching to Aquaforest salt 15%-20% water change . Weekly . My first water change i mix my old salt and Aquaforest . I mix them because I found that Aquaforest parameters ware lot lower than my tank was at the time. So I didn't want to go from 12 Alk to 8 Alk. Another reason to mix it was I'm not a fan of wasting salt.
Switched the dosing . I just empty my 3 jugs clean them up. Add Aquaforest component 123 , re calibration just to be sure and started dose small amount test every day to make sure no drastically change. And I post my old bionic dose on local CL got some cash fast to get more Aquaforest product.

@Aquaforest I have a question? I've been using your whe line of products with great results with my sps tank. Now I'm curious about your Reef Mineral Salt? The instructions are vague. Do you dose the product or add it to top off? Not sure exactly what trace minerals this is supplying. I Run components strong. To elaborate more on the product would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hello,
Reef Mineral Salt is part of Balling Method.
Mineral salt is so important to add because it keeps the mixed water in balance from when you add the calcium chloride and sodium bicarb it will make a unbalanced sodium chloride by adding the mineral salt it will balance out the sodium chloride and because it is now balanced there won't be any ionic problems.
We recommend to dose every part of Balling Method in equal doses:

1 Fluid - Calcium, Magnesium + Components Strong - 50g Calcium + 10g Magnesium dissolve in 1000ml RODI water (13 tbsp of the product and 2.4 tbsp of Magnesium Aquaforest in 1 US gal.) + 5ml Strong A + 5ml Strong B
2 Fluid - Kh Buffer + Components Strong - 80g Kh Buffer dissolve in 1000ml RODI water (1.28 cups in 1Us gal. RODI water) + 5 ml Strong C
3 Fluid - Reef Mineral Salt + Components Strong - 25g Reef Mineral Salt dissolve in 1000ml RODI water (6.14 tbsp of the product in 1 US gal.) +5ml Strong K

@Aquaforest what does Zeo mix used for? As I see it is recommended for all the tanks, but is it the same as Zeo method or smth else? Should it be used together with refugium? Can you provide more details when we should use Zeo mix :) thank you

Zeolites are a good medium for bacteria settle - absorb ammonia and inhibit contamination.
Thereby blocking the formation of nitrates.
We recommend to use Zeo Mix in ULNS systems but also in tanks with a large cast of fish.

So it means that it can be used along with refugium in order to remove ammonia and lower nitrates, yes?
Also it is stated that 100-500 g for 100 l should be used, but it is sold in ml, how it should be?
And it should be used in reactor, yes?

Sorry for such questions, but it is unclear how it should be used.

17. Question:
I'd like to know how to properly use Zeomix, are the placed in a reactor and shaken daily?

Answer:
You don't have to shake zeolites.
You Can put it in RX only, You don't need special reactor.

You Can use 100ml/100L for start.

Here is short video how it can works:
( Zeo Mix, Carbon and Phosphate Minus in one)
