Aquaforest Reactor flow?

Am thinking about buying the Aquaforest AF 90 reactor for zeo, carbon and phosphate minus but i cant find any recomendation for pump size to feed it?
What would be a good size pump for it, 300,600,900 liters an hour or more?

300-500l with manual flow regulation should be fine.
