Hello Everyone,
I am not sure if I am writing this thread in the right area of the forum so let me know, but I have already painted my oak cabinet a nice gloss black from a blonde sand color and the trim around the tank matches the old color of the stand. The trim is like a plastic resin with the blonde wood grain color on it. Now I sanded it down and used a spray paint gloss black (for plastic) to paint the top trim but it kinda scratches off pretty easy but it does look good. Is there a way to protect it from doing that? or has anyone repainted this and had success using something other than spray paint (Rustoleum) for plastic? Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
