Hi, is my aquarium ready for my first fish?
Ammonia= 0.05
Nitrite= 0
Nitrate= 3
Cycled with special blend bacteria, live rock, already have soft corals
Tank has been cycling 6+ weeks

Not if you are still getting ammonia. Usually corals come after a few weeks of having fish already. Tanks get better with time and bad things happen when rushed.

The reason I am asking is cause others on the forum told me with 0.2 ammonia I was ready?
I should probably wait till it hits 0 to be safe

That’s 0.005 free ammonia, and according to you’re other thread you’ve been ghost feeding. It’s done.
I just redid the test and I am literally at 0
I must have done something wrong the first time, I’m about to order a pink streak wrasse!!
