I bought a Blue Life Aquarium Background from them off eBay..
I bought it off ebay and not their website because I only needed one thing at the time and ebay is more convenient.
Any how it came destroyed by USPS. I contacted them and they asked me to send pictures so I did.. They agreed it was destroyed and they ask me if I wanted a refund or a replacement and I asked for a replacement. Well it never came so I tried to contact them through their website and and ebay with no replies. Finally I got sick of it and open a ticket with eBay and then they finally respond they want me to ship it back. I have no problem shipping it back but they should have said so right away. Here is the real kicker they told me to hold on to it for 4 to 5 business days in case USPS wanted it back.. Lucky I kept it because my girlfriend asked several times if she should throw it away now. Wow I am happy I kept it.
Now they did ship the item promptly originally and it really aint their fault USPS destroyed it but it is their shipper and their packaging and they should steped up to the plate and honer their agreement. I almost feel like me shipping it back is a delay tactic with all that has gone on. This will comedown too: hey we never received it back or yea we sent it out.
Looking at their eBay feed back all the negatives are from those who had issues contacting them once something was wrong.
