Are these hydroids?

Yes they are. I just can't tell if they are digitate hydroid or a different species. They look to be on mass spread.

EDIT: Colonial hydroids. Still looks like they are mass spreading. Pluck them out with tweezers if they are rapidly spreading.

They are literally everywhere

You can pluck some, and reduce the amount of food you feed. These things love food and pods.
