Are these polyps dead?

They do seem very bright still on the bottom where they are so you could move them to the left side in a little darker area in the next week. The tissue still looks healthy so it could just be that it needs to shed the waxy buildup to get rid of contaminants. Does it look waxy in person?

I just had another thought. I had to finally move my polyps to a darker corner, like the left side of your aquarium. They really like it there. Low light and low flow for darker polyps ( I have heard)
Thanks...Ill try that too

I think your kh is kind of high. My zoas don't seem to like it when it gets above 10. I keep mine around 7.5.
What salt do you use? My tank seems to want to be in the 7 range and I don't like the swing when I do a WC with Instant Ocean which is around 10 dkh. Last time I used Muratic acid to bring the new water down to match the tank but I'd rather not bother with that if I don't have to.

Have any polyps opened? If not, don't give up on the turkey baster. It certainly won't hurt them as long as you don't hit them with it..<insert laugh>
