In my humble opinion they are a bit deceptive with their on-line order placement, while I do not believe they are totally dishonest they are inexperienced in business and it shows.
I have one of their lids and it is well made but because of their complex and confusing ordering system and the simple face that you, I or anyone else cannot physically speak to them makes doing business difficult at best.
Personally go somewhere else.

Just ordered my classic lid for my Max E260. I'm thrilled to have finally talk to him and looking forward to receiving it... He said about 4 weeks... I called him at 7:00 eastern time. I figured this would be a good time before he gets started on jobs... Very pleasant to talk to.
