ATI Apex Control Question

Is it possible if you have a non dimmable version of the ATI T-5 fixture, plugged into the E-8 to at least turn off a few of the bulbs at a given time while leaving the others on? I see there are 2 plugs for the fixture but I am unsure if they are both for the light? Or one for the lights 1 for the fans?

I have a 6-bulb non-dimmable and it has 3 power chords: (1) for 2 bulbs (1) for 4 bulbs and (1) for fan. I use 3 outlets since I want the fan on all the time when lights are on.
