I had a water analysis performed by ATI. Would like to get some thoughts... Overall pretty good IMO. I have already started dosing some KNO3 and now have about 2ppm. The KH I find interesting as I have been getting 8.2 on the Hanna Checker. Anything else stick out to you guys? Worth dosing an iodine?

Every time I do a ATI icp test I find my alk is lower than I normally get with my Hanna & salifert at home. My last ATI said it was at 7.3dkh while I’m getting 8.4dkh here at home. I wonder if the sample water being in the vial for 2wks has anything to do with it.

I notice your lithium is quite low, normally it’s high for everyone. What salt are you using?

That’s an interesting note that your reads lower as well. Which one is right though.... I use Red Sea Coral Pro salt on my tank. Its only a 17 gallon tank which I do water changes every other week.

I agree it looks pretty good.

I'd boost alk a bit and consider a trace element additive (or add them individually). Things like iron, manganese, vanadium, etc.

I have been dosing Aquavitro Fuel once a week, so I could move to twice a week?

That seems like a reasonable experiment to try and see if it changes anything in the tank in appearance. :)
