Do anyone use the Auto Aqua Automatic Water Change (AWC)?
I have one and it's not hooked yet. I'd like to hear some feed back from you reefers.

Yes I have one I got to replace my AutoAqua ATO. The only con I can find so far would be the wires but those are going to be on anything. It has been working great for me and I have it timed to do more frequent small water changes. Normally It will do them at night for me.I have it on my sump with my 30gal tank.My saltwater reserve is 5 gallons and my ATO is the same.

Was it eazy to program?

Yes super easy. Not much to do just follow the instructions. Keep the sensors close to start and work them further out as you test. I have mine taking out just enough that my return stays wet so the pump doesn’t run dry. The one thing that got me was (as I show in the pic) the “AWC” doesn’t lite during the count done on auto mode. I was worried it wasn’t working or would do the water change. It only lites up during the Change

I notice you 00 for I guess it's Days
And I'm guessing water change every 16 hours

Pros: it works well once you set it up right and is pretty accurate (taking in water/putting it out)
Cons: Programming kind of sucks. I had to contact tech support so they could explain to me that the day/hour on the screen was the number of hours/days to do a water change. So I wanted two water changes a day, therefore, I had to do 00D and 12H. But in order to start the water change at your desired time, you have to wait till that time or 12 hours later. So I wanted the AWC to change water at 6 AM because that's right before I leave for work. So I either had to set it up at 6 AM or wait till 6 PM to program it. If you do it at say 3 PM, it'll do another water change at 3 AM, which for me, is really noisy when I'm trying to sleep.

Other than that, it's pretty convenient.

Thanks that helps a lot

I found it super easy to program and had it done in 15 minutes. The sensors I just started close then only had to adjust once after I tested it because I did my calculation like per instructions first. Also we never hear it when it goes on normally running at 1am now.
