Automatic top off not working no

My automatic top off freshwater is not working it stop once before and the fish store got it working when doing a water change, now it stopped working again.

Not sure how to fix it, I’ve opened up the screw that hangs off the freshwater tank and water comes out but it’s not working the floatFlips up and down any ideas, help please.

Assure the sensors are not in the path of bubbles and are clean. Its those sensors that trigger message for pump to deliver water

Thanks I took off the tube from the fresh water top off tank and blew air thru to the float and it seamed to fix it....
