I was looking into an AutoAqua automatic water changer. Anyone have any experience with them? If so what are your thoughts?

Using a GHL 2.1 for my Nuvo 10, pretty quiet but I have nothing to compare it to..... changes roughly 1/4 gallon a day.

I have been using the AutoAqua for 8 or 9 months now. I got it right after they came out. I love it. You can easily adjust how much you change each day or smaller changes multiple times a day. It works well for me.

How large of a saltwater and ato resovoir do you have? I'm limited on space. I might be able to squeeze two separate 5-10 gallon reservoirs in my tanks wall unit. But that's it. It will be going on a 280g tank with a 60g sump.

Have you thought about locating the water containers remotely? (From garage, etc)I have a 180 gallon tank and two 105 gallon storage containers, one for salt and one for rodi. It’s the bomb... Many of the systems can pump quite a distance. I know my liter meter 3 can.

My display sits kind of in the middle of my house. My garage is a detached garage, unfortunately.

How far can you pump? Even though my garage is detached it is connected by a covered walkway ceiling. I may be able to sneak an ro line through. I would have to go roughly 50 ft.

I really wanted to get about a 150 gallon storage tank and just mix an entire bucket of salt. That way I can do changes every other day to equal around 25-30 gallons a week. Maybe that way when the tank gets low I can can add salt and fill the container and have it stirred constantly with a power head in there.

I would contact the manufacturer of the system you are looking at to verify. I’m confident the spectrapure liter meter 3 (and likely others) could easily push 50 feet plus the extra head pressure of running the line up one floor.

That would be nice. My system changes almost constantly all day long, but others can do what you are looking for. The only thing I would not do is continuously stir the salt water. I mix mine, then let it sit. I change 1% per day.
