i just wanted to take a second to express how awesome this autotopoff.com product is. I used their stuff years ago on my 195g setup and 4 years later I’m using it again with my apex unit and a brs pump again! I use the dual float switch option. This is just such a solid system. I do not work for them or anything, but have always loved this setup. It’s all mechanical float switches nothing fancy like the tunze but with the help of the apex it’s just exquisite!

I have them on 5 tanks, and just ordered one to use an emergency shut off for an algae scrubber I'm building. Using them for years, I have no use for the bells and whistles.

It’s a no frills option that just works.

Personally I prefer The JBJ one only cause it’s far less space used. But ATO.com is dirt cheap and great for entry level Reef

Moving on up from my 15 Gallon nano and building a 100G Mixed Reef (I'll have to make a thread for). After a lot of research I just purchased a double sensor ATO from autotopoff.com. Super excited, After all the money spent on lighting and machanical filtration, its exciting and refreshing to be able to buy a reliable product at such a fair price.
