Awesome customer service

I just wanted to write that I'm impressed with AlgaeBarn's customer service, and that they do back up their guarantee. I'd ordered the pods and phyto bundle last week, and for some reason the post office decided to take a week to get it to me. (In 85+ weather of corse)

So I filled out their AOA form, and AlgaeBarn shipped them out UPS air, no questions asked right away. I just received the delayed shipment from the post office today, with most dead but some still kicking. It's nice to know AlgaeBarn sticks by their 100% guarantee.

So thanks for the awesome customer service! Looking forward to buying more pods from you guys in the future.
 
I concur, @AlgaeBarn is extremely customer service oriented. Lan and his crew are changing some things up and one of my orders got messed up, UPS lost or destroyed the first shipment and he quickly replied and took care of me.

This order had been "one of those" orders where everything that could go wrong did, however... Lan was gracious and made certain I was taken care of. He even sent me an extra phyto bag as a way to say sorry. Now, although I didn't ask nor require anything, that's just a great way to keep customers coming back.

Things happen and I didn't get upset because he communicated quickly with me. If you have any doubts about Lan or Algea Barn. Put them to rest.

They will take care of you!!!
