Water parameters all the same except for the change in salt? Did you do incremental small water changes when you changed salt? How long since you changed the salt have they been like this. Are we talking days, weeks, months...

changing salts is dangerous because different salts have different parameters. when switching salts you want to do it very slowly over a matter of weeks.

O bloody hell :( so what should I do
That part is over at this point...Just going to have to let it ride...You might win some you might lose some rolling the dice with a rapid change in tank salt parameters. Normally salt change is a plan. Do small incremental water changes over several weeks. Remember Reef tanks thrive on the more stable it is. You just threw a spanner at it....Fingers crossed for you and your zoas are just mad and will get over it when they adjust. Could take a month or so depending how different your salts were and their ability to adjust to the change.

Week, no worries yet...when they start to melt is when to worry...I have had new zoas closed for 3 weeks once...they are all good now. On mine, salt could have definitely been a factor. My LFS uses the same salt I do so I don't seem to have any transition issues but the zoas I am talking about the not so LFS uses a different salt.
