Bio-Base comparison to Microbacter7

I asked this in another forum, but figured I would ask here as well.

I'm battling Dinos, and started last night dosing bio-base based on latest N-doc and ICP test results. Many are stating for me to dose microbacter7 (MB7) to help combat dinos. In regards to the bio diversity of bio-base, does bio-base replace MB7, or should I dose MB7 as well as Bio-base? Thank you in advance.

Not sure of bio base.I got Dino’s last month and I turned off skimmer and dosed MB7 for 3 days.Dino’s disappeared

that's what everyone is telling me to do, and why i asked. If Bio-base has the same type of microbiology, I would think I just continue to dose bio-base only. @Julian@Triton any insight on this?

yeah not only that but is it possible to overdose bacteria and cause bacterial blooms. This hobby is lots of fun...haha

I dose 3 diff bacterias in my system and never had bloom.may not work in your system lol
