So currently my refugium area is empty as I am dosing Vibrant for GHA control. I want to add either LR or some type of media for bacteria growth as well as a pod factory. What do you suggest?

Eggcrates can be used as pod housing

Yeah eggcrate would be good. As for biomedia for bacteria, MarinePure ime is the best.

Trying to kind of kill 2 birds 1 stone and utilize that space intelligently. I’ve seen lots of other products like the marine pure blocks for much cheaper, or even just adding LR to the five section. Just looking for whatever gives me the most bang for the buck.
