Bio pellets vs UV

Please let me repeat myself in a much more understandable way. I was afraid that the UV sterilizer might affect the available bacteria needed for the efficiency of a bio pellet reactor.
Put the reactor before the sterilizer. The reactor should get, retain and reproduce it's own population. The majority of your population is in/on your rock, sandbed and pellets. If it kills free swimming bacteria, let it. .02

Coralife publishes a chart with their turbo twist line of UV sterilizers showing what flow rate is needed to kill algae which is the easiest to kill so kind of high flow rate then bacteria you need to slow your flow rate down a bit and to kill parasites you have to slow it down a lot more. I don't have the exact numbers but if you find online a turbo twist user's manual it will be in there on the last page. Did anyone ever come to a consensus as to if it's okay to run UV and biopellets simultaneously? I am new to this Hobby and planning on starting bio pellets but have been running UV for quite some time and I swear by it. Hope it doesn't affect the bio pellets.
